Im going to Vegas in December what is a good website to use for a good deal on a hotel/flight combo ? or any tips on how to get it as cheap as possible! and it does need to be on the strip

There is no website that will give you the cheapest price. There are a lot of factors that determine what price you are going to pay. Example what time of year you are travelling, the day, what else is happening in Vegas at that time, etc. The bottom line is you have to be flexible and shop around. Here are some tips I found that might help you:

Another thing I have done that worked in my favor was to go to priceline.com and name your own price. Put in a very low price and you might be surprise they will match your price.

I want to travel to Mexico in December. I have another friend there, that most likely will travel with me like a guide.
Where can you recommend me to go?
And how much do you think I would need to take with me if I will spend there 1 or 2 weeks (I know for ticket I will probably spend $ 300-$ 400).

I was thinking about going to Cancun, but what do you think other great destinations during December?
