Me and my girl are going on a cruise in december, the two stops are Georgetown, Cayman Islands and Costa Maya, Mexico. We want to rent jet skis and drink and stuff, is it really expensive on the islands or pretty cheap?

Are those nice places to stop? The cruise is through royal carribean and we got a smoken deal on a 5 night cruise.

I’ve only been to the Cayman Islands, but I can tell you that stuff there is a little pricey. But not unaffordably expensive! And Georgetown is a pretty cool place, but I suggest hitting the beach there! It’s awesome!

Where can you recommend me to go?
And how much do you think I would need to take with me if I will spend there 1 or 2 weeks (I know for ticket I will probably spend $ 300-$ 400).

I was thinking about going to Cancun, but what do you think other great destinations during December?

I am going in early August to Riviera Maya and looking for good travel deal my budget is also pretty low- $ 1000/person (for 6 people). Should I wait till end of Feb, March to book or should I book now? Will there be more deals if I wait?

Better consider trip insurance as August is not only the “rainy season” it is also hurricane season.
