Question by Lovelala: Book by 30th december? does it mean i can book on the 30th of decmber!?
Im busy on monday and im not able to get to a bank but if i pay in my money on tuesday (30th) will i still be able to book a hotel offer deal that says book by the 30th of december or will i be too late !?

Yeah definitely you can book a hotel on 30th december positively by paying money but it depends over availability of accommodation as well.
